PFC Board of Directors Meeting
GM Search Committee Meeting Minutes for December 18, 2006

Members Present: Chris Good (board president), Arun Mathur (board member), Laura
Abraham (board member), Kevin Sharp (level 5 rep), Laura Meisler (staff rep),
Emily Case (level 4 rep), Julie Sverid (HR)

Search committee members discussed search results thus far and possible new locations to advertise with the assistance of Julie Sverid (PFC Human Resources). The decision was made to continue advertising in new places and hold off on beginning the interview/screening process.

Members agreed that the job should be posted in the Ann Arbor News/MLive soon after the New Year and continue to be posted on any free online job sites. Members discussed Monster.com and agreed to pursue and quote ad prices.
Consensus was also reached on the importance of word of mouth advertising of the position. It was agreed to contact area Coop-friendly businesses and organizations with job posting info.
